Dorset Chardonnay 2022: Expect a wealth of fruit character on the nose – lemon sherbet, melon and green apple. The palate is dry, crisp and bright with intense mineral freshness and a spritz of citrus fruit, with a wonderful smoothness from the chalky terroir. The wine has excellent length and leaves the palate with flavours of light tropical fruit and a touch of honey.

Dorset Chardonnay pairs beautifully with seafood dishes like scallop gratin, seafood chowder and baked salmon. Also delicious with roasted poultry such as chicken or quail and vegetarian goulash. 

The Chardonnay is perfect for expressing our chalky terroir and the beauty of Dorset summers - and the mild and dry autumn of 2022 provided an excellent harvest.

Dorset Pinot Noir 2022: Our 2022 Pinot Noir opens with a fresh fruity, cherry led nose, an elegant example of our unique English terroir. It’s a medium-bodied wine that has a soft, sumptuous mouthfeel with mouthwatering long-lasting red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry.  Time spent in carefully selected French and American oak barrels has resulted in warming notes of peppercorn and cloves, smoothed with just a touch of vanilla and a refreshing acidity to finish. This wine will not disappoint!

Only produced every 4 years in small quantities, our Pinot Noir 2022 is a rarity not to be missed. Best served slightly chilled at 12-14°C to highlight its vibrant flavours and delicious drunk with a roast dinner of lamb, turkey, duck or goose – a perfect pairing for Christmas festivities!
