Shipping policy

Delivery

• We dispatch orders every Wednesday using a next day delivery service so your order will arrive no later than teh Friday after our order is placed.
• Mainland UK delivery (trade excluded) is charged at £9.50 per order.
• Additional charges will apply for orders to Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands and the rest of the world, please contact us for details.
• If you miss our delivery the courier will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery. Should you miss a second attempt the goods will be returned to Bride Valley Vineyard Ltd. We can arrange a new delivery at an additional cost, or you can receive a full refund minus the original delivery cost.
