Refund policy

Returns / Refunds

  • We will provide a full refund of all charges for any faulty or damaged wines. We may require the faulty wines to be returned to us.
  • You may cancel your order up to the point of despatch which will normally be the day following your order.

Cancellations and Complaints

  • Should you decide to cancel your order before despatch or delivery is made, you shall be entitled to a full refund.
  • You may cancel the Order, for whatever reason, from the moment you place the Order until 14 days after the date you receive the Products from us, provided none of the Products have been opened or damaged by you.
  • Should you decide to cancel your order after despatch or delivery, you shall be entitled to a refund less the costs of delivery. We will reimburse you within 7 days of the receipt of the wine in saleable condition. Please note that the return of the Products will be at your cost.
  • If you have any complaints at any time please contact us via email info@bridevalleyvineyard.com. All complaints will be treated with the utmost priority and we will aim to have them resolved within 5 working days.
