Steven Spurrier considered this 100% Chardonnay Bride Valley’s signature wine and one which always accompanied him on his travels, being a true reflection of Bride Valley Vineyard.

This latest vintage results from the high quality harvest of 2018 and we consider it to be our best yet! 

A beautifully bright, vibrant pale lemon appearance with a persistent stream of tiny bubbles. The nose is fine & elegant with layers of creamy, citrus fruit with points of toasted brioche, supported with notes of green apple and stone fruit. The palate is immediately crisp & fresh but leads to ripe, broad, citrus fruit with a luxurious texture balanced by sherbet acidity.
